What does ‘you-time’ investment look like in your world this summer?

We work with organisations to ensure that women are given the best training and support to progress in their careers and become future leaders.

We can’t promise you a haircut, a new lipstick or an ‘off the peg’ perfect wrap dress – but this may well be even more satisfying… and long-lasting.

My Confidence Matters is running a series of online confidence classes for women during May and June 2018 to help you define your personal brand, position yourself for challenging conversations, and elevate yourself into the confident woman you’ve always wished to be.

The classes will be run by Sophie Edmond, co-founder and chief confidence coach, who is an enthusiastic and engaging learning and development specialist with over 20 years' experience designing and delivering solutions to support behavioural change. There will be a worksheet provided for each class to keep you focused and there will be time for you to ask questions. We will stay online to make sure that no questions go unanswered.

Each confidence class costs £47 and you can book them individually below, or alternatively why not book a bundle for £185, saving £50?

It’s no secret that your mind plays a huge part in how effective and impactful you can be in life.

Professionally, it means the dialogue that grey matter is sharing with you, can have a great deal to do with how successful you are.

This class will help you explore any deep-set limiting beliefs, and change the thought patterns and conversations which are having such an incredible bearing on your world.

We’ll unravel the issues around what causes those gremlins to start their dialogue in our minds, and help you navigate new and more helpful ways to shift the negativity once and for all!

Some of our topics within this class will include:

  • Exploration of the so-called 'Mind Monkeys'

  • Recognising your strengths

  • Identifying Imposter Syndrome

  • Determining the difference between self-esteem and self-confidence.

We all know brand matters when it comes to purchasing decisions, but have you stopped to consider how much your ‘own brand’ matters in the business world?

It’s long been the case that ‘people buy people’ and we subscribe to the idea that having a clear and considered brand is the best way to elevate your impact.

Portraying that unique brand in the business world is not only imperative for those who run companies of their own creation, but for anyone wishing to network, lead, mentor, or conduct effective client relationships.

Whether you are on a mission to gain a promotion or want your company to secure new customers, we help you truly understand the strength of having and utilising your personal brand.

Throughout this class, we’ll look at:

  • Values

  • Beliefs

  • Vision

  • Who you really are (and want to be).

Selling your product or service is essential – for your own validation, for your position in your business, and for the growth of the company you represent.

Securing that sale is very much about the confidence with which you present your story.

In this session, we’ll explore the five steps to getting that pitch or presentation right, and ensuring that the delivery works for you and your customers.

Whether you are pitching to a potential new customer or making a presentation internally, having the right structure and content is important as well as how you deliver it.

Remember – it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.

Throughout this class, we’ll cover such areas as:

  • Structure of a pitch/presentation

  • Adding interest

  • Using space/stage
