helping women accelerate to the next stage of their career
Our Leadership Coaching programmes are designed to give senior women the tools, confidence and support network to accelerate them to the next stage of their career.
We offer two Leadership Coaching programmes, which are highly tailored to the needs of the individual in the context of their organisation:
1-2-1 Leadership Coaching. Thought-provoking coaching and mentoring enabling women in senior roles to step back and reflect, take stock of the present, explore future direction, consider what needs to change and review the effectiveness of their leadership style.
Women’s Accelerated Leadership Programme. A powerful transformational coaching programme for groups of 6 women over 6 weeks. This leadership intensive course includes teaching, tools and tips on the following topics: resilience and well-being, gravitas and authenticity, having difficult conversations, strategic networking and dealing with imposter syndrome.
benefits of the WOMEN’S ACCELERATED LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
Participants of the programme leave with greater readiness to step into senior roles with:
An understanding of core principles of career traction
A powerful network of high support/high challenge colleagues
Confidence to step into a new territory and have more courageous conversations
Strategies, tools and techniques to help them get the best from themselves
A better understanding of what it takes to step up – whether in their current role or in the organisation
A personal plan of action and for making the most of the learning from this programme.
The course is led by our head of corporate coaching Helena Clayton and the director and founder of My Confidence Matters, Joy Burnford.
The programme is conducted via:
An initial half-day face-to-face kick off session
Five weekly 90-minute virtual video calls. Each module is a combination of teaching, discussion and action steps with a check-in at the start of each session.
Three 1-2-1 follow-up coaching calls per participant to ensure accountability and actions are taken and followed through.
A self-assessment at the beginning and end of the programme to track progress and celebrate success.
Every session will include practical experiments and participants will need to commit up to two hours of work in between sessions which might include reading, journaling, networking and researching.
Even though this programme has been designed for women, we can tailor it for men. Our recommendation is that the programme is run in all female / all male cohorts so we can tailor the programme appropriately to their specific leadership challenges. We can run a mixed face-to-face kick-off session before splitting for the virtual element.
