leadership coaching

helping women accelerate to the next stage of their career

85% of women want to reach a more senior position in the workplace, according to My Confidence Matters’ recent research and 34% said that they wanted their organisations to offer leadership development.

We offer leading-edge coaching programmes, that can be tailored, to enable your employees to become remarkable leaders in this ever changing, complex, uncertain business landscape we all now operate in. We equip delegates with the tools, confidence and support networks to accelerate them to the next stage of their career.

We offer 1-2-1 and group coaching programmes as well as coaching clinics for organisations that would like to test out how coaching might help. These programmes are all highly tailored to the needs of the individual and the culture of their organisation:

  • 1-2-1 Leadership Coaching. Thought-provoking coaching and mentoring enabling women in senior roles to step back and reflect, take stock of the present, explore future direction, consider what needs to change and review the effectiveness of their leadership style.

  • Coaching for Modern Leadership Programme. Executive coaching, by its nature, is typically only available to those at the very top of organisations. Our ambition is to bring powerful coaching programmes to those that are aspiring to become your future leaders. See below for further information.

  • Coaching clinics. If you are unsure if coaching is right for your organisation, why not book us to come and run some one day coaching clinics. This can be a good starting point to see if coaching is a good fit for you and your employees.
