Over the years, I've spoken to many inspirational business women and helped them to boost their confidence at work. One thing that really stands out from the conversations I've had is how important our fourth core value, Encouragement, is to women in the workplace.

In our research of over 300 business women, 57% responded that 'being part of a community' would help with building up their confidence at work. 

We are passionate about supporting like-minded business women who want to make a bigger impact at work.
